Our final few days were spent checking out the Lakes near Mount Cook, stunning scenery, and going for a 5km walk from Mount Cook village.

New Zealand - Queenstown

We had a great time in Queenstown, and once again had great weather.  We spent our time checking out the Kiwi Wildlife Park, going up the Skyline Gondola, riding the Luge, white water rafting and bike riding.

New Zealand - Te Anau

Next stop was Te Anau, were we did two boat trips.  The first to see the glow worms in a cave, which was a great trip - amazing to see the glow worms.  The second out on Milford Sound to see the amazing scenery, get dunked in a waterfall and see seals.

Off to see the glow worms (no photography allowed in the caves)

New Zealand - Dunedin

We just got back from 10 days travelling around the south island of New Zealand.  We had a great time and were really fortunate with the weather.  We flew into Christchurch, drove to Dunedin, then Te Anau (then out and back to Milford Sound), up to Queenstown, Twizel and then back to Christchurch to fly back to Sydney.

First time on a plane for Jack and Josie (well first time Jack can remember), very exciting!!
