Bonfire and sparklers

This great pic of Josie was taken at a friends place a couple of weekends ago.  We had a BBQ then they lit a bonfire in their backyard, and the kids all had sparklers.

Salt Dough

Using a combination of salt, flour and water, Richard created some salt dough for Jackson and Josie to make the letters of their names. This was then placed in the oven at a low temperature for a while, then once cooled, Jack and Josie painted them.  We started with just the letter J, just to make sure it worked, and have since done the rest of the letters.  A great craft activity to do, and Jackson and Josie loved it.

Dolphin Cove

Another Sunday morning, another trip to the local beach.  This time for some rock climbing, shell hunting, piggy back rides and a mission to find the secret bench!

Jackson and Josie decided to have a running race.  Josie said "Go!" and set off before Jackson getting a head start.  Jackson then caught up and passed Josie at which point Josie threw herself onto the ground and yelled at Jackson "You're going too fast in this race"!!!

Green Cape Lighthouse

We took a drive out to Green Cape Lighthouse just south of Eden yesterday, then to check out the national park camping sites at Bittangabee Bay. Another place to return to and camp at.
