Christmas Day

We had a lovely Christmas Day.  It began at 5.15am with two excited kids and much unwrapping of presents.  Then after playing with the presents we went down to Dolphin Cove with Jackson and Josie's new boogie boards (thanks to Granjen and Granglen) and Richards new SUP for the morning, and were joined by the Onslows and Dad.

Then back to Dads for an amazing Christmas lunch, more present opening, a game of backyard cricket, then another amazing Christmas dinner before we got the kids home to bed.  A lovely day spent together as a family.

Christmas Eve

We all went to the childrens Christmas Eve service at the Anglican Church again this year.  It was a lovely service, which finished with singing Aussie Jingle Bells.  The Onslows joined us this year, it was great to have them along too.  After, we all got fish and chips and took it down to Bar Beach.  Very nice.

The SUP

Richard bought himself a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) for Christmas this year, and this morning he took it for its maiden voyage. Its great, we all loved it, especially Jackson who didn't want to get off it, well except when the tide took him out further than he wanted to go and he had to be rescued (luckily we had a surf lifesaver with us!).  Great Christmas Eve morning at the beach.

Pre Christmas Christmas in Canberra

We had a lovely pre Christmas Christmas with the Rices, and were joined by the Onslows this year. Here is a very rare photo of everyone Andrew, Jemma, Will, Jacob, Sam, Lucas, Christine, Pete, Gemma, Dad, Rich, Jackson, Josie and me .... and we are all looking at the camera and smiling! A very rare moment!!

New water park

It was the grand opening of a new water park in Pambula today, so Jack, Josie, Rich and I went to check it out.
