Parkrun
Every weekend around the world a free timed 5km run takes place, organised and run by volunteers and open to all. Its called Parkun. Merimbula Parkrun started over a year ago and even though I have run it over 20 times, Jackson, Josie and Richard decided to run it for the first time this morning.
Richard and I have to run with them, so I ran with Jack and Richard ran with Josie. They both did amazingly well. Not much walking, or complaining, Jackson finished in 33.31 minutes and Josie finished in 42.27 minutes. Fantastic effort!
